Most polo life centres on Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club (Arabian Ranches and Polo Homes), Desert Palm near Meydan, Grand Polo Club & Resort, and Ghantoot between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We match the community to your club, schools and daily commute.
Why is Sotogrande important in the international polo world?
Sotogrande, on Spain’s Costa del Sol, is the home of European summer polo. Its international season each July and August draws high-goal teams, players and families from around the world, alongside championship golf, a marina and international schools.
What if I’m not sure whether the UAE or Sotogrande is right for me?
Many of our clients don’t choose: the UAE season runs through the winter months and Sotogrande comes alive in summer. We compare lifestyle, budget, schooling and your horses’ needs, and can plan a two-base approach.
Can I own a home in both destinations and move between them seasonally?
Yes. Winter in the Gulf and summer in Europe is the polo calendar many families already follow. We plan the homes, the stabling and the horse transport between the two so each move is straightforward.
How does the buying process work?
It starts with a private consultation on budget, timing and must-haves. We shortlist homes and stabling, arrange viewings in person or by video, and support you through offer, due diligence and completion with independent legal advice in each country.
Do you also handle non-equestrian family requirements?
Yes. Through our VIP Concierge we help with schools, relocation logistics and setting up daily life, so the whole family settles in, not just the horses.

Yes, and it is often the best order. We secure the right yard and club arrangements first, then look for homes within an easy daily drive.
Can you source horses?
Yes. Through our partner AM Sport Horses and our wider network, we help source horses to suit your discipline, level and budget.
Do you work with professional riders as well as private owners?
Yes. We work with professional riders, amateurs, owners and families, anyone who wants their equestrian move handled properly and discreetly.
Can you arrange competition support?
Yes. We help with club memberships, competition entries, stabling at events, transport and introductions to trainers.
Do you charge for the concierge service?
The VIP Concierge is a paid service. Property support may be deal-based. Everything is agreed upfront, before any work begins.
