  • Trials & due diligence: Private trial rides, competition videos, full vetting with radiographs + independent review; insurance arranged.
  • Deal & paperwork: Negotiation, contracts, deposits, pre-export prep (health certs, passports).
  • Logistics: Quarantine, flights, customs, and last-mile stabling on arrival (in partnership with premium shipper Equitrans).
  • Settle-in & program: Acclimation plan, shoeing/dental checks, feed transition, and a training schedule aligned to your season.
